Private desk · Business clients only
Reputation.Reach.Results delivered.
A private desk for companies, brands and the agencies that represent them. We restore access to locked accounts, reinstate disabled advertising, clear platform restrictions, advise on handles and verification standing, and place editorial coverage. Every route runs through the platform's own published channels, and we tell you honestly when we think there is nothing left to do.
Written scope. Access only where the route needs it. No promised outcomes.
We are the desk, not the platform
Gold Label Media is an independent consultancy. We assess a matter, tell you plainly whether a route exists, and where one does we prepare the case and coordinate the specialists, publicists and publishers who handle it. We work through the appeal, recovery and reporting channels the platforms publish, and nothing else.
We do not hold your credentials, we do not touch your account, and we do not sell decisions that platforms and editors make for themselves. The first review costs nothing, and if the honest answer is that nothing can be done, that is the answer you get.
Business clients only
We act for companies, brands and agencies. Every engagement is with a business entity, under a written scope.
Access on written authority
Some routes are worked entirely from our own side. Others need access to the account, either as an authorised user you add, or with credentials where the route leaves no alternative. Which one applies is agreed in writing before anything is shared, and access ends when the matter closes.
Free first review
The case review costs nothing. If we do not think a matter is solvable, we say so and close the file.
Official channels
Every submission we prepare goes through the platform's own published appeal and reporting routes.
No promised outcomes
Platforms and publishers make their own decisions. We do not sell decisions we do not control.
Index of matters
Seven kinds of file land on this desk.
02Platform services
Three platforms, one desk
Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. The same free review and the same honest read on each, and every submission through the platform's own published channels.
02The path
From locked out to a decision
Scroll. The left is the state most people arrive in. The right is what the file is built to reach. Everything between the two is the work.
- Login rejected, recovery email replaced by an unknown address
- Two factor moved to a device the owner does not hold
- Four self filed appeals auto closed inside 48 hours
- Audience, DMs and brand contacts all sitting behind the lock
- A decision from the platform rather than silence
- Recovery contacts returned to the owner's control
- Two factor rebuilt on hardware the owner holds
- A written record of the file, whatever the outcome
- 01Name the actual failure
Self filed appeals were being auto closed because they were filed on the wrong form. A takeover is not a disabled account and does not clear through the disabled account route. Establishing which of the two you have is the whole first hour.
- 02Build the ownership record
Original creation email, device and login history, the earliest content the owner still holds the originals of, linked business records, and the reference numbers from every prior ticket, assembled into one consistent record rather than five contradictory ones.
- 03File once, correctly
One submission through the platform's published compromised account route, with the evidence attached in the order the reviewer reads it, and a single clear statement of what is being asked for.
- 04Escalate on the published timetable
Follow ups on the platform's own cadence. Re filing daily is the most common reason a genuine claim gets treated as automated noise.
Recovery is decided by the platform. Where the account cannot be recovered we say so early rather than billing for follow ups that cannot move.
Illustrative. This is a composite example of how a file is handled, not a description of a specific client and not a claim about a result.
03Case files
What the work actually looks like
One worked example for every matter on the index. Every one is a composite illustration written to show method, and none of them claims a result.

How a case runs
Four movements, no surprises
- I
Free review
You send the particulars. We read them, name the actual problem rather than the symptom, and tell you whether a route exists. Nothing to pay, and no obligation either way.
- II
Written scope
If there is a route, you get it in writing: what will be done, through which channel, the realistic timetable, and a fixed fee. Third party costs are quoted separately so you can see them.
- III
The file runs
We build the evidence, prepare the submission and manage every follow up. You are told what has happened each time something moves, including when nothing has.
- IV
Close and harden
An outcome, or an honest end. Where the matter resolves, we leave you with the security, structure and record that stops the same thing happening again.
Before you spend anything
Four questions, an honest read
This will not solve your matter and it is not advice. It tells you whether it is worth sending to the desk at all, and it writes the answers into your first message so it already has context. No signup, nothing stored.
What is the matter?
Editorial reach
Placement across national and trade press, earned and paid, labelled honestly before anything is arranged.
Some editorial placements are paid or sponsored. Where a placement is paid, the publisher labels it as advertising in line with its own policy and the FTC's native advertising guidance, and we tell you before a placement is arranged whether it is earned or paid. Gold Label Media is an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Meta Platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any publication named on this site. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Where we stop
What we turn down
- Accounts we have reason to believe are not yours.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts and usernames, which platform terms prohibit outright.
- Anything that evades an enforcement decision instead of fixing what caused it.
- Removing true reporting, court records or regulatory findings.
- Stories built on credentials, awards or achievements that do not exist.
- Any matter where the honest answer is that no route exists.
Saying no is most of the value. A desk that takes every file is a desk that bills for work it knows will fail.
Engagement
How the money works
No retainers for work that has not started, and no open ended hourly billing. You see the number before anything happens.
Questions
Asked before every engagement
Can you guarantee my account comes back?
No, and nobody honestly can. The platform makes the decision. What we do guarantee is an honest read at the review stage: if we do not believe a matter is solvable, we tell you and close the file rather than taking the work.
Do you work inside Meta or TikTok?
No. We have no employees, contacts or relationships inside any platform, and we do not claim to. Any provider who tells you they have an insider is describing something that gets both of you removed. We work through the official appeal, recovery and reporting routes that every platform publishes.
Can you buy me an Instagram username?
No. Platform terms prohibit buying, selling and transferring accounts and usernames, and accounts caught in those transfers are removed, so buyers lose the handle and the money. What we do is research availability, assess whether you hold a trademark or name right strong enough to support a claim, and where one exists, prepare a rights based request through the platform's official intellectual property channel.
Can you get me verified?
Nobody can sell a verification decision. We assess you against each platform's published criteria, tell you exactly which criterion you fail, and help you build the independent coverage record that closes the gap. The application and the decision remain entirely between you and the platform.
Is the press coverage paid or earned?
Both routes exist and we tell you which is which before anything is arranged. Earned coverage is pitched to a journalist who chooses to write it. Paid and sponsored placements are bought, are quoted to you as a separate line, and are labelled by the publisher in line with its own policy and applicable advertising rules.
What does it cost?
The case review costs nothing. After the review you get a written scope and a fixed fee for the specific matter, quoted before any work starts. Where a third party cost is involved, such as a publisher placement fee, it is quoted separately from our fee so you can see what you are paying for.
Tell us what happened
Two minutes, no cost, no obligation. You get a case reference immediately and a written answer from the desk.
