End User Licence Agreement

This agreement governs the material we hand you as part of an engagement. That includes written appeals, submissions and drafts, audit and assessment reports, templates and checklists, briefing documents, and any tool, dashboard or software we give you access to. It is a licence, not a sale. Where it conflicts with your signed scope, the scope wins.

This site itself is covered by the Website Terms of Use, not by this agreement. This agreement is about what we give you, not about visiting the site.

The licence you get

• A perpetual, worldwide, non exclusive, non transferable, non sublicensable licence to use each deliverable for the matter it was made for, and for your own internal business purposes afterwards.
• For a submission or appeal written for you, the right to file it, in your name, with the platform or publication it was written for, and to file it again if a route reopens.
• For a template or checklist, the right to reuse it internally as often as you like, including on later matters we are not engaged on.
• For a report or assessment, the right to share it with your own advisers, insurers, investors or counsel, provided they are bound to keep it confidential.

What the licence does not allow

• Reselling, licensing, publishing or distributing a deliverable as a product, a template pack or a service to third parties.
• Using a deliverable to build or train a competing service, or supplying it to anyone who does.
• Using any deliverable as training data, or as input to train, fine tune or evaluate a machine learning model, whether yours or a third party's.
• Removing or altering an attribution, a version marker or a confidentiality legend from a document.
• Presenting a deliverable, or any part of it, as evidence of an affiliation with, endorsement by or authorisation from any platform or publication, because there is none.
• Altering a submission we drafted and then filing it as though it were our work. Edit freely, but if it has changed materially it is your document, not ours.

What we keep

Kickstart Labs LLC DBA Gold Label Media retains all intellectual property in its methods, its research, its templates, its formats and its underlying know how, including anything of general application developed while working your matter. You own the facts of your own matter and anything you gave us. Nothing here assigns our copyright to you, and nothing here takes yours from us.

Where a tool or dashboard is provided

• Access is granted to your named users, is not to be shared, and is revocable when the engagement ends or the fee for it is unpaid.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, benchmark for publication, penetration test without written permission, or circumvent a rate limit or access control.
• It is provided as is. It is a working aid, not a system of record, and you should not rely on it as your only copy of anything.

Confidentiality of deliverables

Deliverables often describe how a specific platform route actually behaves. That is commercially sensitive to us, and publishing it tends to close the route for everyone. Keep them confidential outside the permitted sharing above, for as long as they are not public through no fault of yours.

No warranty and no promised outcome

Deliverables are provided without warranty of any kind beyond what your engagement terms expressly state. Nothing we hand you is a guarantee that a platform will reinstate an account, grant a badge, publish a piece or change a decision. Those decisions are not ours to make, and any document that appears to promise one should be read against this sentence.

Ending the licence

The licence over paid, delivered work is perpetual and survives the end of the engagement. Access to a tool or dashboard does not. We may end the licence over an individual deliverable only where it is being used in a way this agreement prohibits, and we will tell you what the breach is and give you a fair chance to stop before we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Effective 11 August 2026.
