Cookie Notice

Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement run on this site only if you accept them. On your first visit you are asked once, in plain language, with Accept and Decline given equal weight. Decline and nothing loads. Accept and we load the analytics described below, which tell us how the site is used and which enquiries came from which campaign. We do not sell or share browsing data, we do not operate a consent auction, and we do not record your screen.

What is stored

• Performance monitoring, always on. Our network provider measures page load timings so we can tell whether the site is fast. It is cookieless, it sets nothing on your device, it identifies nobody and it follows you nowhere. It is injected at the network edge rather than by this site, so it is disclosed here as always on rather than offered as a choice we could not honour. It is the only measurement that runs before you answer.
• Strictly necessary storage. A small amount of session storage is used to remember that you have already dismissed an on page prompt, so it does not reappear during the same visit. It is cleared when you close the tab and it contains no identifier.
• Security and delivery, always on. Cloudflare, our hosting and content delivery provider, may set strictly necessary cookies to route requests, distinguish a person from a bot and keep the site available. These are typically __cf_bm, which lasts thirty minutes, _cfuvid, which lasts for the session, and cf_clearance, set only if you are shown a challenge. They carry no advertising identifier, they are not used to profile you, and they cannot be switched off while you are using the site because they are how it stays up.
• Your own choice, stored locally. When you answer the consent question, the answer is written to this site's local storage in your browser so we do not ask again. It holds nothing but your answer and the date. It never leaves your device, and clearing this site's storage or using the footer control erases it.
• Measurement, only after you accept. If you accept, we load Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement, and where configured a LinkedIn insight tag and a self serve product analytics tool. Google sets its own cookies for this, typically _ga and _ga_ with a two year life, and _gcl_au for advertising attribution with a ninety day life. These record which pages you saw and whether you started or completed a case review, and they let us attribute an enquiry to the advertisement that produced it. Session recording is switched off deliberately: this site collects commercially sensitive detail and we do not want a video of you typing it.
• Google Consent Mode v2. Where Google tags are configured they load with every consent signal defaulting to denied, and are only updated to granted after you accept. Declining, or arriving with a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, means the tags are never granted storage or advertising permissions at all.
• Where your data goes. Google LLC processes measurement data on our behalf and may process it in the United States. Where you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the UK Addendum and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, which Google offers as part of its data processing terms. We do not combine measurement data with the contents of your enquiry.
• Nothing before the choice. No advertising, retargeting or measurement tag is loaded, and no identifier is set, while the consent question is still unanswered.

Third party content

Links to email and to platform help pages take you to sites we do not control. Once you are there, that operator's own cookie and privacy terms apply. We embed no third party widgets, no chat scripts, no social media embeds and no advertising iframes. Apart from our network provider's cookieless performance monitoring, which is described above and runs at the edge, the measurement tags named above are the only third party code on this site, and they load only after you accept.

Your controls

• Every browser lets you block or delete cookies and site storage for a specific site. Doing so for this site will not break anything important.
• You can change your mind at any time. Every page carries a Measurement preferences control in the footer. One click clears the choice and puts the question back, and declining a second time is exactly as easy as the first. Clearing this site's storage in your browser has the same effect.
• We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. If your browser or an extension broadcasts either signal we treat it as a decline, we do not load measurement, and we do not show you the consent question at all, because you have already answered it. A signal turned on later overrides an earlier acceptance.
• We do not treat a declined consent as an invitation to ask again on every page.

Changes

This notice is updated before any new category of storage goes live, not after. Effective 11 August 2026.
