This desk acts for businesses. The answer here decides whether we can open a file at all, so it is the first thing we ask.

Before you send anything

Business clients only

We act for companies, brands and agencies. Every engagement is with a business entity, under a written scope.

Access on written authority

Some routes are worked entirely from our own side. Others need access to the account, either as an authorised user you add, or with credentials where the route leaves no alternative. Which one applies is agreed in writing before anything is shared, and access ends when the matter closes.

Free first review

The case review costs nothing. If we do not think a matter is solvable, we say so and close the file.

Official channels

Every submission we prepare goes through the platform's own published appeal and reporting routes.

No promised outcomes

Platforms and publishers make their own decisions. We do not sell decisions we do not control.

Gold Label Media provides its services exclusively to businesses. We do not offer consumer technical support, personal account recovery, or assistance to individuals in respect of personal accounts.

Some matters are worked entirely from our own side and need no access at all. Where a route does require it, we will either ask to be added as an authorised user on the account or business account, or, where the route leaves no alternative, ask for credentials. We tell you which before you send anything, we ask only for what that route needs, and access is withdrawn when the matter closes. We will never ask you for these things out of the blue, by direct message, or in any channel other than a matter already open with the desk.
