Gold Label Media is an independent consultancy. We sit between people with a platform problem and the specialists, publicists and publishers who can actually do something about it. We assess the matter, decide honestly whether a route exists, prepare the case, and coordinate whoever needs to touch it. That is the whole business.
We are not a platform, not a partner of any platform, and not connected to anybody inside one. Where a route exists it is a route the platform itself publishes, and the value we add is knowing which one applies, what evidence it needs, and how to present it so it is not dismissed in thirty seconds.
The reason the first review is free is straightforward. In this category a lot of money changes hands for work that was never going to succeed, and the only way to separate ourselves from that is to look at the file before anyone pays, and to say no out loud when no is the answer. Roughly speaking, the files we turn away are what makes the ones we take worth taking.
Everything runs by email, under a case reference. It keeps the whole matter in one written thread, it means you are talking to a person rather than a ticket queue, and it means every undertaking we give you is on the record. We do not run email marketing, we do not add you to a list, and we do not contact you about anything other than the matter you raised.

- Accounts we have reason to believe are not yours.
- Buying, selling or transferring accounts and usernames, which platform terms prohibit outright.
- Anything that evades an enforcement decision rather than fixing what caused it.
- Removing true reporting, court records or regulatory findings.
- Stories built on credentials, awards or achievements that do not exist.
- Any matter where the honest answer is that no route exists.
