Acceptable Use Policy
What we will and will not work on, stated as a rule rather than a mood.
Effective 11 August 2026
This policy applies to anyone who uses this site or engages us. It exists because the category we work in attracts requests we will not touch, and it is cleaner for everyone if the line is published rather than explained case by case.
Matters we refuse outright
- Any account we have reason to believe is not held by the person or company instructing us.
- Buying, selling, renting, brokering or transferring accounts or usernames, or introducing you to anyone who does. Platform terms prohibit it and we do not make exceptions for a fee.
- Obtaining verification by payment, influence or any route other than the platform's published criteria and published application.
- Anything designed to evade an enforcement decision rather than correct what caused it, including ban evasion accounts, identity substitution and circumvention tooling.
- Suppressing or removing true reporting, court records, regulatory findings or lawful journalism.
- Placing coverage built on credentials, awards, qualifications or achievements that do not exist.
- Accessing, testing or interfering with any account, system or communication without the right to do so.
- Anything intended to harass, dox, defame or intimidate a person, or to interfere with an investigation or legal process.
What we will never ask you for
Some matters are worked entirely from our own side and need no access at all. Where a route does require it, we will either ask to be added as an authorised user on the account or business account, or, where the route leaves no alternative, ask for credentials. We tell you which before you send anything, we ask only for what that route needs, and access is withdrawn when the matter closes. We will never ask you for these things out of the blue, by direct message, or in any channel other than a matter already open with the desk.
What we expect from you
- Tell us the truth, including the parts that do not help you. A file built on a version of events that collapses under review costs you the appeal, not us.
- Tell us about every prior submission, ticket reference and enforcement action on the account. Undisclosed history is the most common reason a prepared file fails.
- Do not file your own parallel appeals while we are running a submission, unless we tell you to. Duplicate filings get genuine claims auto closed.
- Do not send us another person's identity documents or personal data unless you are entitled to share them.
If this policy is breached
We may end an engagement immediately, without refund of work already properly performed, where we find that a matter falls inside the refused list or that material information was withheld. Where we are required by law to report something, we will comply with that obligation.
