We are not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with or connected to Meta Platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform named on this site. We have no employees, contacts or relationships inside any of them, and we do not claim any. Anyone in this category who tells you otherwise is describing something that gets accounts removed.
No affiliation with any publication
Publications referred to on this site, including Forbes, USA Today, Entrepreneur, Yahoo Finance and others, are named to describe the kind of outlet a placement programme may target. Naming an outlet is not a claim of partnership, endorsement or guaranteed access, and no publication has approved this site or its contents.
Trademarks
All product names, logos, brands, trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is nominative: it identifies the platforms and publications that a matter may concern, and nothing more. It does not indicate any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.
Paid and sponsored placement
Editorial placement comes in three forms and we tell you which one you are buying before anything is arranged. Earned coverage is pitched to a journalist who independently decides to publish. Paid and sponsored placement is bought, is quoted to you as a line separate from our fee, and is labelled by the publisher in line with its own policy and applicable advertising rules. Syndicated release distribution places a release across affiliate sites and is not editorial coverage. We do not present paid placement as earned coverage, at any point.
Results
No outcome is promised, predicted or guaranteed. Platform reinstatement, verification, editorial publication and search visibility are all decided by third parties applying their own criteria at their own discretion. Results vary by matter and many matters have no available route at all, which is why the review is free and why we say no in writing when the answer is no.
No performance claims on this site
We deliberately publish no success rates, recovery counts or case volumes. Numbers like that are trivially invented, are used constantly in this category by people who cannot support them, and would be indistinguishable from those claims even if ours were true. What we publish instead are the commitments we control: no credentials, official channels only, free first review, honest declines, and fees quoted before work starts.
Testimonials and case studies
This site carries no client testimonials and no case studies. Matters here are confidential, and clients in this category do not want their names attached to a platform problem. If that changes, any testimonial published will reflect a real client's genuine experience, any material connection will be disclosed, and it will not be presented as a typical result.

The guides on this site are general information about processes that platforms change without notice. They are current at the date shown on each piece, they are not advice about your specific circumstances, and they are not legal advice. Where a matter turns on a legal question, we will tell you to instruct a lawyer.
Security notice
We will never contact you first offering to recover an account. Some routes genuinely need access to an account, so we will not tell you that any request for access is fraudulent. What we will tell you is that a real one arrives only inside a matter already open with you, by email from the desk address, after we have set out in writing which access the route needs and why. Anything arriving out of the blue, by direct message, or by phone is impersonation. Verify any contact against the email address published on this site before responding.
Reporting impersonation
If someone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for account access outside a matter you have already opened with us, asks for payment through unusual channels, or promises a guaranteed outcome, email the desk at the address published on this site so we can warn others.
