Sub-processors and Service Providers

A privacy notice that says data is shared with service providers and then does not name them is not transparency. This page names them. It is kept current, and it changes before a new provider goes live, not after.

Infrastructure and delivery

• Cloudflare, Inc., United States, with processing at the edge location nearest the visitor. Hosting, content delivery, DNS, firewall and denial of service protection, the database that holds enquiry records, and cookieless page load timing. This is where the site runs and where an enquiry is stored. Cloudflare acts on our instructions under its data processing addendum, which incorporates the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum.
• Google LLC, United States, as the operator of Google Workspace. Business email. Any enquiry you send by email, and every message we send you about a matter, is processed here. Covered by the Google Workspace data processing amendment and its transfer terms.

Measurement, only if you accept

• Google LLC, United States, as the operator of Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. Loaded only after you accept, never before, and never at all if you decline or arrive with a Global Privacy Control signal. Covered by the Google Ads data processing terms, which incorporate the standard contractual clauses and the UK Addendum. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage, and we have not enabled data sharing with Google for product improvement or benchmarking.

Engaged on a specific matter

Independent specialists, publicists, writers and publishers are engaged case by case, never in advance and never as a standing pool. They receive only what the work requires, only after you have agreed the scope in writing, and each is bound by a written confidentiality obligation. We will name the specific parties on your matter before they receive anything, because you should know who is holding your file.

What we do not use

• No customer relationship management platform holds your enquiry. The record lives in our own database.
• No email marketing platform. There is no list, so there is no processor for one. If that changes, this page changes first, and you will be asked separately before you are added to anything.
• No live chat widget, no support ticketing platform, no session recording tool, no advertising data broker, no consent auction vendor, and no social media pixel.
• No artificial intelligence provider receives your enquiry or your case file. Our Artificial Intelligence Use Notice sets out exactly where those tools are and are not used.

Changes to this list

We update this page before a new sub-processor begins processing, not afterwards. If you are a client and you want to be told in advance in writing, ask the desk and we will add you to the notification. You may object to a new sub-processor, and if we cannot resolve the objection you may end the engagement without penalty for work not yet done. Effective 11 August 2026.
