How a case runs

Four movements, no surprises

The same sequence for every matter, whether it is a locked account or a twelve week editorial programme.

Free review

You send the particulars through the form. We read the notice wording, the account history and what you have already tried, then name the actual problem. Half the files that arrive here are misdiagnosed, and the misdiagnosis is usually what burned the first appeal.

A plain answer: there is a route, or there is not.

IIWithin 48 hours of the review

Written scope

If a route exists you get it in writing. What will be prepared, which official channel it goes through, the realistic timetable including the parts we do not control, and a fixed fee. Third party costs such as publisher placement fees are itemised separately from ours so nothing is buried.

A scope and a number, before anything starts.

IIIDays to weeks, depending on the queue

The file runs

We assemble the evidence with you, prepare the submission, and file through the platform or publisher's own route. Then we manage it: tracking references, following up on the published timetable rather than spamming the queue, and escalating only where escalation exists.

An update every time something moves, including when nothing has.

IVAt the end of the matter

Close and harden

Either an outcome or an honest end. Where a matter resolves we do not just hand it back: two factor and recovery hygiene, admin and permission cleanup, asset separation, and the record you need if it ever happens again.

The matter closed, and the same door shut behind it.

Two things that never change

No credentials, no promised outcomes

At no stage will anyone here ask for a password, a two factor code, a backup code or a session token, and at no stage will anyone here tell you a platform decision is guaranteed. Those two rules are why the review is free: we would rather lose the work than take a file we cannot honestly run.

Some matters are worked entirely from our own side and need no access at all. Where a route does require it, we will either ask to be added as an authorised user on the account or business account, or, where the route leaves no alternative, ask for credentials. We tell you which before you send anything, we ask only for what that route needs, and access is withdrawn when the matter closes. We will never ask you for these things out of the blue, by direct message, or in any channel other than a matter already open with the desk. Platform reviews, verification decisions and editorial decisions are made solely by the platform or publisher. Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee or prediction of any particular outcome.
