Most of the damage in this category is done by marketing, not by service delivery. These are the rules we hold our own marketing to, published so you can hold us to them.

What we will not claim

• No success rates, recovery percentages, case counts or timeframes unless we hold documentary evidence for the specific figure and publish what a typical result actually looks like.
• No guarantees of recovery, reinstatement, verification, placement or ranking. Those decisions are not ours to make.
• No fabricated testimonials, no invented client names, no reviews written by us or by anyone paid to write them.
• No implied affiliation, endorsement or partnership with any platform or publication. We are independent and we say so on every page.
• No before and after screenshots presented as real client results unless they are real, evidenced and published with permission.

Examples on this site

The worked examples on this site are composite illustrations of how a file is handled. They are labelled illustrative wherever they appear, they do not describe a specific client, and they do not claim a result. They exist to show method, not outcomes.

Paid placement

Some editorial placements are paid or sponsored. Where a placement is paid, the publisher labels it as advertising in line with its own policy and the FTC's native advertising guidance, and we tell you before a placement is arranged whether it is earned or paid.
