Instagram enforcement against a business account usually takes one of three forms: access is lost entirely, a specific feature is restricted, or reach is limited without any notice being given. The three have different causes and different official routes, and treating one as another is the single most common reason a self filed appeal is refused. Gold Label Media diagnoses which of the three a business is actually facing, assembles the ownership and identity record Instagram asks for, and submits through Instagram's own published channels. Where the route needs access to the account we agree it in writing first, and we ask only for what that route requires.

Some editorial placements are paid or sponsored. Where a placement is paid, the publisher labels it as advertising in line with its own policy and the FTC's native advertising guidance, and we tell you before a placement is arranged whether it is earned or paid.
Limits
What we will not do
- We do not buy, sell, rent, broker or transfer accounts or usernames, and we do not assist with any transfer that platform terms prohibit.
- Some matters are worked entirely from our own side and need no access at all. Where a route does require it, we will either ask to be added as an authorised user on the account or business account, or, where the route leaves no alternative, ask for credentials. We tell you which before you send anything, we ask only for what that route needs, and access is withdrawn when the matter closes. We will never ask you for these things out of the blue, by direct message, or in any channel other than a matter already open with the desk.
